Some art I used to pass on my way to work every day, I'm convinced that the artist intended the bycicles that get locked to the posts as a part of the statue, they give it something organic.

I always laugh when hearing the name Rotterdam...on my last trip to AMS, I rode the train to Rotterdam. The train conductor said "R-R-R-R-OTTER-R-R-R-DAM (long rolling Rs). everyone on the train would burst out laughing when he said it.
